The Regular popups are the well-known old style blockable popups.

Note: If the Standard popup gets blocked, Popup Workshop offers the ability to open a DHTML popup instead, thus guarantee that the popop will be shown to your visitor either in a Standard form or as a DHTML popup (if the Standard type gets blocked).
